Your Voluntary Benefits Certificates

A Certificate of Insurance is a document issued by an insurance company. It certifies that an insurance policy has been bought and shows the most important provisions of the insurance contract.

Group Universal Life
Aetna Insurance Company
Aetna will send out a Certificate of Insurance to all Group Universal Life Insurance participants. Please note that McCamish Systems is the administrator of the Group Universal Life Insurance plan and the Certificate of Insurance might arrive in a McCamish Systems envelope.

If you are a new Group Universal Life Insurance enrollee, you should receive a Certificate of Insurance within 90 days of enrollment. If you do not receive a Certificate of Insurance from either Aetna or McCamish Systems, you can contact them directly at (800) 882-8395, or you can call College Benefits Group, LLC at (860) 429-9000 for further assistance.

Individual Voluntary Insurance
An actual policy or certificate will be delivered by the individual insurance carriers that are insuring your individual voluntary benefits. If you do not receive an insurance policy from the insurance carrier within 90 days of enrollment please contact our office at (860) 429-9000, or call the particular insurance carrier number printed in your brochure.
